Portugal Golf Experience (RNAVT 10624) is committed to assuring high quality service and aspects relating to the privacy of all clients and visitors to our site and in compliance with EU-General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679, dated April 27th 2016.

Your data is strictly confidential and for the exclusive use of Portugal Golf Experience, in the limit authorized by our customers, in order to improve our services and the way we communicate with you.

By interacting with us, you understand that you are providing personal data to us voluntarily and there is a legitimate reason for us to retain this information for the period required to give you an offer and/or make your booking.

Third parties

Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others. Therefore, you will only be contacted by Portugal Golf Experience directly and never by other partners or outside companies for marketing purposes. When making a request for greenfee prices or greenfee booking, it may happen that our Greenfee booking partner agency (Quo Vadis) contacts you directly while keeping us informed throughout. 

We will only disclose your personal information to third parties for the purposes of completing your booking, in order to provide you with the information or services you have requested (e.g. guest names to hotels, golf handicaps to golf courses, phone numbers to rental club providers, etc., and any relevant information to make sure you have a good stay).

Personal Information

Our contact database is solely for the use of Portugal Golf Experience employees and within the objective of helping you organize your golf trip to Portugal. Certain pieces of information may be required in order to send you a proposal and complete your reservation. For instance: email address, phone number, golf handicaps, the names of the guests who will be travelling with you and your payment information for guarantee of reservation.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 years of age. We might ask you for the age of your children to verify that they qualify for some gratuities or rate discounts, according to some offers hotels or golf courses may have.

This information is only kept in our files during your booking process and until you have returned home. We will keep this information in our file for the next 8 years (except for the credit card information which is immediately erased from our system once the hotels or other trip providers have confirmed that the reservation is guaranteed or paid) and in case you will contact us to book another golf trip to Portugal. This will help us to offer a personalized service and facilitate your next booking.

Credit card details or other financial details from our clients are not stored in our database, they are for the sole purpose of reservation guaranteed or pre-payment whenever required by the hotels, golf courses or other trip providers and according to their cancellation policy and other privacy policy.

Electronic Communications

After you have made a request you will receive a confirmation message and will then be contacted by our customer service team. The exchange of emails will last until the organization of your trip is perfectly finalized.
Sometimes Portugal Golf Experience may send feedback emails after your stay in Portugal.

You can easily subscribe to our Newsletter (see at the bottom of this page), which contains special offers and more information about Golf In Portugal. You can also choose to stop receiving the newsletter at any time, by sending us an email.

Portugal Golf Experience sends a newsletter every two or three months to their customers to keep them informed of the latest promotions and offers for golf travel in Portugal.
We use a third-party provider, E-Goi, to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. For more information, please contact E-Goi directly.

We do not share your contact details with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies
