The Westin Algarve Salgados Beach Resort (former NAU Salgados Dunas Suites) is located in the Herdade dos Salgados estate, just a 15-minute drive from the bustling town of Albufeira and a 40-minute drive from Faro airport. At walking distance to both the beautiful Salgados beach and the Salgados Golf Course. A renovated hotel, set to open in April 2025, it is an excellent choice for golf and family breaks.

Lovely stay at Salgados Dunas
We had a lovely stay at Salgados Dunas. Junior suite was perfect in space and view, breakfast was very fine, housekeeping was perfect. Maybe the kitchen could be a bit more equipped so to manage small snacks for oneselfes during the day.
Golf courses were nice, too. Salgados seems to be very crowdy, but we had two wonderful flights with English people and our friends.
Alamos is very nice, Morgado a bit boaring. Shuttle was perfectly organized.
The Salgados Dunes was wonderful
We had a fantastic time, thanks! The Salgados Dunes was wonderful - a lovely room with a great balcony. The staff were so nice and welcoming. The breakfast was superb - such a wide variety and all so fresh and tasty!
The golf was fantastic although Morgado was extremely busy and slow - don't mind that too much when it's nice and sunny though!
A fantastic break overall - and thank you for organising it!
We aim to make this an annual trip
We had a fantastic time at Salgados Dunas Suites Hotel. It was helped by the weather, but most importantly, the organisation was perfect and everything ran smoothly. Thanks so much to you and your team for all your help and making things so easy. All elements were first class and we were really impressed with the hotel and both golf courses (Morgado & Salgados). We particularly enjoyed our round at Morgado.
We will definitely be in touch in the future, as we aim to make this an annual trip and will certainly be using Portugalgolf.net again
