The resort has recently been remodelled and is now divided into separate adult and family areas, with 260 luxury guest rooms and suites as well as a variety of leisure activities and excellent restaurants and bars that are tailored to meet the needs of each guest.
A new addition to the resort is the introduction of family swim up rooms that provide direct access to a 30-metre length swimming pool, a luxury offering that is unique in the Algarve.

The Anantara Vilamoura Algarve Resort is walking distance from the world-class Dom Pedro Millennium Golf Course. The resort offers a free private shuttle to Dom Pedro Laguna, Dom Pedro Pinhal and The Old Course, and has an in-house Golf Desk service.
The Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago golf courses offer a free shuttle service from Anantara Vilamoura Resort (minimum 4 golfers).

I would like to say a big thank you to you for all the help provided during the booking process. It was an enjoyable experience and fortunately can’t provide you with much comments on the negative side.
Everything was well organized and the Anantara hotel, its facilities, staff were superb. Very friendly atmosphere all around being at the hotel, Dom Pedro golf courses or the Marina of Vilamoura and around the town.
So thank you very much again for your support and looking forward to booking again through you another golf trip in the future.
Good price/performance
Thats very nice, that you ask about our experience of our travel with you, the hotels, the golf courses and so one.
Hotel Tivoli Marina: Very good Hotel for Golfers. Geographical location near the restaurants very ideal. Sight over the sea super! Room generously and very proper, Staff very very pleasent and helpful. Breakfast exemplary and very good.
Hotel Anantara: A little higher level, than the Tivoli Marina. Room generously and also very proper. Staff extremly friendly and helpfulness. Location a little far from the restaurants, but very quiet hotel. Transfers with the shuttle excellent and very punctual. Breakfast also exemplary and very good. Victoria restaurant for dinner good, but a little impersonal and cool.
Golf courses (Pinhal, Millennium, Victoria & Old course): Very neat. Good organisation. A little too croudy.

La chambre était très bien et le personnel très accueillant.
Malgré la pluie (1 après-midi) et le vent, notre séjour s’est bien passé et nous avons pu profiter de ces merveilleux golfs.
Le Victoria est dure et long, mais c’est un parcours magnifique.
Nous commençons à comprendre les périodes « haute-saison » (pleines d’anglais) et « moyenne saison ».
Je crois qu’à l’avenir, nous privilégierons les périodes de juin et début septembre.
Nous n’avons malheureusement pas pu profiter de tous les avantages de l’Anantara étant donné la température trop basse pour nous pour un petit plongeon dans la piscine. La piscine intérieure n’est pas une piscine de natation, mais de relaxation faisant partie du SPA.
La chambre était très bien et le personnel très accueillant.
En revanche, pas de promenade possible autour de l’hôtel sans prendre la voiture ou le shuttle de l’hôtel !
Bref, à force de chercher la perfection, on trouve toujours des défauts… qui s’avèrent être mineurs en comparaison de tous les avantages.

The Anantara Vilamoura Hotel was very comfortable, staff friendly and attentive, shuttle service to the courses and harbour well organized. But most important, the courses are great, and we were lucky to play all rounds without rain!!!

C’était une semaine de bonheur
L' hôtel Anantara est superbe, personnel accueillant, petit déjeuner fabuleux, restaurant Emo delicieux,nous y reviendrons sans hésitation. En plus, nous avions du beau temps, soleil eclatant. Tout parfait.
Les parcours de Vilamoura sont un peu endommagés, sauf le Green impeccable, mais c’est normal, c’est l’ hiver.
C’est dommage que le Victoria soit fermé à ces dates. De notre balcon, nous le regardons avec envie, c’ est très beau et verdoyant.
C’ était une semaine de bonheur.

Le séjour à l’anantara c’est bien passé
Le séjour à l’Anantara Vilamoura c’est bien passé.Hôtel de très bon confort avec un équipement moderne et complet ( piscine, spa , salle de sport etc ).
L’architecture de l’hôtel est cependant un peu froide( longs couloirs en pierre ou marbre avec relativement peu de deco et de végétation ).
Il faudrait trouver des astuces de deco qui réchauffe cette ambiance.
Le personnel est en nombre suffisant et très avenant . Aucun reproche sur ce point.
La nourriture : copieuse et bonne mais reste très classique. ( au restaurant self pour petit déjeuner).
Nous sommes allés un soir au restaurant haut de gamme . Peu de monde ( 6 personnes ). Très bonne cuisine. Bons vins pour accompagner les mets : une belle soirée .
Pour les golfs :
Celui qui nous a le plus plu : le Old course.
Tous les autres golfs étaient aussi très bien .
