The Ribagolfe golfing complex consists of two golf courses, Ribagolfe Lakes (formerly Ribagolfe I - Blue course) and Ribagolfe Oaks (formerly Ribagolfe II - Green course), each an 18-hole par 72, located a 40-minute drive from Lisbon city centre.
Both Ribagolfe golf courses are set within a forest of cork oak trees and the design makes full use of the sweeping undulations of the site, with many spectacular holes across valleys and lakes.
The Ribagolfe Oaks Golf Course is unlike its sister, Ribagolfe Lakes, as it is mainly designed as a golf course for members, although visitors are allowed to play. The holes are laid out over undulating ground with sufficient water hazards and bunkers to challenge most golfers. The fairways are decorated with the typical cork trees famous to the Alentejo region.
