When making a reservation with Portugal Golf Experience, there are three possible forms of payment:
- Payment directly on arrival at the hotel/trip provider, reservation guaranteed with credit card details
- Pre-payment directly to our partners
- Pre-payment to Portugal Golf Experience by bank transfer
We try to offer our customers the option to pay directly on arrival at the hotel/trip provider when possible. When necessary and depending on our sales agreements, pre-payment may be required directly to our partners or directly to Portugal Golf Experience by bank transfer. All transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Some hotels or trip providers may require credit card details to guarantee your reservation according to their cancellation policy, which will be informed to you at the request or booking stage. Credit card details are provided once the booking is complete and will be stored securely by the hotels or other partners according to their terms of privacy. Portugal Golf Experience does not store customer credit card details. This information is only kept in our system for the time necessary to finalize and complete your booking. The collection of credit card details may be done over the phone, by fax or via the SSL secured form online. If clients prefer, they may provide credit card details directly to the hotels or other trip providers. In this case, we provide customers with the contact details of the provider. If clients do not want to provide credit card details as a guarantee, they may choose to make a pre-payment by bank transfer to secure the booking.
Hotels or other trip providers may require the pre-payment of a deposit to secure your booking. In this case, payment is made directly by the customer to the partner involved. Portugal Golf Experience will help to coordinate the payment process by providing the bank account details of the provider (along with a pro-forma invoice) or by coordinating the debit of your credit card by the trip provider.
Cancellation and no-show
By making a reservation with a hotel, golf course or other Trip Provider, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy of that Trip Provider, and to any additional terms and conditions of the Trip Provider that may apply to your trip. The general cancellation and no-show policy of each Trip Provider is made available at the reservation stage by our reservation department and you may request it at any time. Please note that certain rates, fees or special offers are not eligible for cancellation, refund or change. Cancellation and prepayment policies may vary per segment, product or service of each Trip. Please carefully read the confirmation details which will be sent to you by Portugal Golf Experience.
Electronic Communications
After you have made a request you will receive a confirmation message and will then be contacted by our customer service team. The exchange of emails will last until the organization of your trip is perfectly finalized.
Sometimes Portugal Golf Experience may send feedback emails after your trip.
You can easily subscribe to our Newsletter, which contains special offers and more information about Golf in Portugal. You can also choose to stop receiving the newsletter at any time by sending us an email.
Green Fee Bookings
Our site includes links to a third party website for your Green Fee Bookings (Quo Vadis). They guarantee the best prices on the market and the same level of quality service offered by Portugal Golf Experience. We do not provide any personally identifiable customer information to this third-party. We do not have access to or control over cookies or other features that they may use. Please contact them directly for more information about their privacy policy.
Conditions of Use
If you choose to visit the Portugal Golf Experience website, your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to this notice, including limitations on damages, arbitration of disputes, and application of the Portuguese law. Typographical Errors
In the event that a Portugal Golf Experience product is mistakenly listed online or sent by email at an incorrect price, Portugal Golf Experience reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. Portugal Golf Experience reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed.
